"This is a selfish condo. 1)There were few occasion whereby someone will use tissue to press the lift and instead of throwing away, just left it on the railing. 2) Tenants are allow only 1 carpark lot after having to submit whatever documents they asked. Be prepared they will ask for more than necessary. For tenant with 2 cars, you will have no choice but to park outside the condo. Again, be prepare someone from the condo will call LTA to issue a summon. They are unfriendly towards tenants and visitors. 3) There was a big fire outbreak and there were no reason given to residents or tenants. We were concerned on the safety of the building as its already 30yrs old. But no reason were given. The MCST is only asking from you but you will never get answer when you want something. Very disappointed with this selfish condo. The worst condo I have ever came across. Good luck for families who are looking to move in."
