"Good location, right beside bus stop. Few minutes walk to Lor Chuan MRT (Circle Line). 1 stop away to Serangoon MRT, which allows me to use the (North East Line). 1 stop away to Bishan MRT, which allows me to use (North South Line). 1km or about 15mins walk to Serangoon Gardens. Less than 5 mins walk to the coffeeshops nearby. 3 bus stops to NEX Shopping Center. It is a very private compound, also with a sense of spaciousness. Really glad to be an owner of a unit here!"
