New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Dont ever deliver to this place if you are doing food delivery. Was told to remove my helmet and leave it at the security counter before heading up to deliver food to resident. when asked why and to provide a logical reasoning behind that, security answered I dont know. This was to allow me and the other delivery personnel to have an understanding as to why we had to do so. It is not the security officers fault but more on the management side. As agreed by alot of the delivery riders I met, most of them plan to reject any orders made by the residents of this condo until the management releases a statement to this issue. Good luck to the residents, perhaps you guys can speak to the security management about this."
