"What an apartment requires is safety. This condo has a team of security guard in front of the building. Today due to a scaring emergency I had ringed the security because my little sister was alone at home and was not responding her phone. The situation being very scaring to us, we called the security guard kindly requesting them a help to pls go and ring the flat. The lady guard said rudely I AM ALONE HERE AND IT IS RAINING, so can I cannot go. If there is a burglary in my house, and if it is raining at time, the security guard will not come to my rescue what if it was a burglary or an accident that had happened in the flat What is the use of security guard if there are not being able to present for the safety of the residents and are not able to be flexible, and are only considered about themselves and cares only about themselves as not willing to even step into the rain to know what has happened in a flat. That is not what is a duty of a security I believe."
