"No security, no gym, no car park and only 1 lift. You only need 2 strokes to reach the other end of the swimming pool, so you can imagine how tiny it is. The mechanical carpark is totally faulty and the management corporation does not bother to repair. Last but not least, there is going to be a major construction taking place beside this apartment which residents must endure for the next 2 years minimum."
