The North-East Region is the second largest and most densely populated of the five regions in Singapore, with Sengkang being its most populous town. Spanning 13,810ha, the North-East Region is mainly a residential region and housing estate largely comprised of HDB flats. "Good location. Near MRT, CTE and shops. Lots of good schools nearby. Top floors of Blk 118 have east facing and views all the way to Suntec City."

"Place is nice but the security, particularly the middle aged indian guard tending to sign in and TraceTogether was very rude and unhelpful. Simply placing the booklet there and not doing anything, when asked about page and details he rudely exclaimed to open the book and find out ourselves. Security staffs are the first that visitors see upon entering the facility and having ones with bad and rude services just destroys the whole experience no matter how good the facilities are."
