New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Nice condo with good facilities! The pool is great for a chill afternoon hangout or for proper swimming. The BBQ pits are gas powered and easy to use! Overall I will say its a nice place to live and in a great location. Although there is a lot of construction going on there currently"
