Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 19, which is comprised of Hougang, Punggol, Sengkang and Serangoon Gardens. Residents can leisurely cycle along the 4.2km-long Punggol Waterway or head to Coney Island, a 133ha island popular for jet skiing and camping. Sengkang has experienced rapid development since its early days as a fishing village. It is now a satellite residential town with a well-developed LRT system offering access to different parts of Sengkang. Sengkang also offers a wide array of work and play amenities, with the main shopping mall Compass One being Singapore's first thematic shopping centre based on the theme of learning.

The North-East Region is the second largest and most densely populated of the five regions in Singapore, with Sengkang being its most populous town. Spanning 13,810ha, the North-East Region is mainly a residential region and housing estate largely comprised of HDB flats. In addition to a myriad of amenities including hospitals, parks, schools and transport options, the region is also home to a few tourist attractions such as Pulau Ubin and Coney Island. Seletar Aerospace Park, which comprises of several aviation manufacturing and research facilities by companies such Rolls-Royce and Singapore Technologies Aerospace, provide employment opportunities to residents both within and beyond the region. Sengkang General Hospital, a 1000-bed hospital, is the largest in the region and is built to further the government's efforts to provide quality and accessible healthcare to all Singaporeans.

"I am writing as a resident of Punggol estate, who stayed here for 11+ over years and my honest opinion in my review when visiting the condos, and not siding anyone who intend to sell or buy Have being driving passed by this estate for many years, the exterior (wall and paint) are visibly not in good condition. Its not until i physically visit the estate in July 2021, and realise this Condo "is not a Treasure" after all, Its a mixed feelings... I would say a HDB flat exterior is in better conditions than this condo, and multiple folks i spoke to including property agents agreed the same. I believe that "Seeing is believing", and you really need to walk in to take a look at this estate yourself. Generally, the numbers of facilities is great with multiple pools (3 lanes, spa, water hydro gym), Matilda house (gym and 3 functions room), tennis court, etc. The problem is that the Condo has so much common facilities and common areas for a 882 units, wouldn't it need some serious and proper maintenance in order to visually appeal to Buyers and Investors But after taking a 20 minutes walk around this 6 years coming 7 years old condo estate, seriously you wouldn't imagine yourself living here. What would be your impression of an estate with yellowish wall, large visible cracks on wall, vandalism on common areas, damaged water features, cracked tiles at the edge of pools, Fermax Intercom with buttons not working, damaged kids playground and more... Its not doubt in terms of location, A Treasure Trove is in very close proximity to the Waterway Point and Punggol MRT. If you are a property buyer or investor, you are still in control of your own unit interior by renovations. But the exterior and overall estate outlook, common areas and facilities is not within your control and affects the visual appearance of your estate value. Please think twice before you consider buying a property that is not properly managed."
