FairPrice Xpress and Choices convenient store are located within 7-8min walking distance. Bars and restaurants 2 bus stops or 10min walking distance away. 25min by buss or 10min by car to CBD."

"Absolutely fantastic place to get a rented apartment. The place is near to east coast park and one can easily access public transport (bus service) within a walking distance of 200mtrs. The apartment is well maintained and flats are in a brand new condition. This has option of 2 and 3 beders."
