"Ideally located with basic frills walk up apartments. Quite simple in structure with car park facilities. It's location is walking distance to the UNESCO listed Botanical Gardends. And also connected to the Botanic MRT interchange, within 5 minutes of city centre. Excellent place as home for singles & young couples. As for food it's available almost 24 hrs, the famous ADAM RD FOOD Centre is very near, all types of pics food."
