The region is a key aviation hub, housing the Paya Lebar Air Base and Changi Naval Base. Major airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Scoot and Jetstar also has their head offices in the area. Other major economic activity includes manufacturing, with industrial estates in Bedok, Changi, Pasir Ris, Tampines and Paya Lebar. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Dear Property Management. After visiting and survey the premises. We have the following feedback for your Improvement. 1. The little round fountain does not serve much purpose there. And the ups n down footpath is like a potential hazard and trip if not careful while walking. Rectification :To level it to even ground for a Safety. Beside at the end of bin Chute area, construct a concrete platform for performance similar to blk 16 bedok south market. It can be us for aerobic, Zumba n xinyao performance n others. 2. The incoming n outgoing vehicle car Park barrier should move inner to towards decalthon with an extra lorry length so that cars turning in and out will not jammed at the narrow slip Rd.near junction. 3. Appreciate improvements will be carried to facilitate a good dining and shopping experience. Major tenant like kopitiam, KFC, Mcdonald and Giant to be added will be a great choice at ESR BIZ PARK."

"Parking is quite easy as there is a multi storey car park nearby. I went to Decathlon and its an easy, covered walkway so no worries about weather. Decathlon has an immense range of all kinds of sportswear from walking to camping to racket games. Prices are reasonable but better to bring your own bag to carry your purchases."

"Congested place with nowhere to wait for parents sending their kids to the Berries center there. It is as bad as going to Marine Parade as the security there requires you to drive round in circles as you pickup your kid. Berries relocated from Kembangan to ESR and it is not as convenient as it once was."
