Other major economic activity includes manufacturing, with industrial estates in Bedok, Changi, Pasir Ris, Tampines and Paya Lebar. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Suburban private condominium located conveniently next to MRT Station and 15 minutes away from Singapore Changi Airport by train. Very nice landscapes within."

"1. Inflexible Security - Bijaya and Jeff There was once where my wife and I got to drive my family car for the day on a Friday and we decided to park 1 day overnight in our carpark. The security called at 12 midnight and asked us to shift our car outside of the condo. We explained to them our circumstances and that it is just for a night but they insist that we shift or we talk to the management. When we asked to talk to the management which they says they are only on weekdays from 9am. So we had no choice but to shift our car to a nearby hdb carpark at 1am. Note: the carpark is usually about 25% - 40% occupied. 2. Poor maintenance of common facilities It is common to see missing floor tiles on the floor and cordon cones around the condo. Maybe thetly were trying to fix it all at one go but it has been 6 months since I moved in and not one was fixed yet. 3. Management office hours Their management office opens on weekdays office hours. So doing admin work is really a hassle u less you take leave. They do not have a contingency plan or give any authority to the security for own judgement so everything that happens over the weekends, we can only wait until Monday 9am earliest."

"Nice and convenient place to stay. 3 Mins walk to Tanah Merah MRT and Bus stop. 2 stop to Changi Airport, Tampines Mall and 1 stop to Bedok Mall. 10 to 15 mins walk to Giant, NTUC Fairprice, Market 85(Fengshan), market 58, MarketPlace. Good and well maintained facilities. 2 swimming pool, BBQ pit, Sauna and Jacuzzi, Tennis court etc.etc..efficient Mgmt. Pizza and convenient shop within the condo. Safe and not noisy"

"Love the location which is right next to Tanah Merah MRT. Walkway is sheltered all the way which is a major plus when it rains. My experience staying here has been great. Having a loft bedroom frees up space for a dedicated office space which is so so important considering that I'm working from home most of the time because of the pandemic."
