"Twenty Anson is a 20-storey commercial building located in the heart of Tanjong Pagar. It is located at 20 Anson Road Singapore 079912, prime district 02. It is a 99 years leasehold (starting from 23 Nov 2007) office building starting from 23 November 2007. It is owned by Capitacommercial Trust (CCT) and managed by Capitaland. The net lettable space available here is about 202,500 square feet. Twenty Anson is suitable for multinational companies and offices rental and sales. Twenty Anson is also awarded with the Green Mark Platinum Certificate from Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA). The top 3 tenants are Toyota Motor Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, Blackrock Advisors singapore Pte Ltd and CSC Technology Singapore Pte Ltd. The commercial space available is for office rental and sale. The building has a very good office layout with maximum and efficient use of office space. It is also equipped with basic amenities.
