"The security officer is very rude. She didn't allow me to go up when I pressed the security bell at level 1. As a mere visitor, I am not aware of their new regulations and system, they should have explained to me nicely instead of rudely scolding and chasing me away. I am not sure what does the purpose of the security bell there when i only got scolded because of pressing it."
