"Efficient layout and spacious for living room and bedrooms. No aircon ledge or big balconies like the new condos. Bedrooms are large enough for at least queen size beds. Conveniently located next to bus stop to orchard road. There is coffeeshop and value-for-money restaurants just across the road, hair salon and Great World City around the corner. Quiet, exclusive and cosy place with 4 different staircases leading to 6 units for each staircase. However, there is no lift, it is walk up apartment."
