"There are only that many reasons why you'll come to Midland House or Lee Kai House. As an establishment, they're not the best maintained. But the level of convenience that they offer, given Bugis and town is just around the area, it's a good spot if you're setting up any businesses. Just have to be mindful of the reputation this area has."
