New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Old, tired looking condo. The balustrades in the private lift lobbies are dangerously low, and easily climbed over by toddlers. I suspect they don't conform to modern building codes"

"Cozy environment with beautiful greenery all around the condominium with full amenities. A very nice freehold property worth buying in Bukit Timah. It is a quiet and serene neighbourhood and a good mixtures of friendly locals and foreigner residents in the community."
