"Bad service not helpful at all by the sales lady. The item which I was looking for had no stock. She just tell me she cannot order just for 1 item. What a stupidity is this I asked her where else can I buy in the retail shops she just answered don't know. I will never go back there again, unpleasant experience."

"Its been more than a year that I ask them about the repairing of my cuckoo rice cooker and they have not settled it. Left my contact number, product serial number and told them what the problem was, and then after months of waiting for them to respond abt spare part, they call back abt a spare part that I didnt even ask for . And they didnt even tell me if they are gonna get back to me on when the correct spare part is coming. Madness."

"The service is super bad. I bought the garment steamer here and it's not working properly now, maybe because it's an old model. I've just brought it to Heap Seng to ask for repair and they even refused that they sold it to me. Please consider carefully before coming here to buy any item!"

"This is just a trading house. Sales and Service is super bad. To replace the Tiger rice cooker battery cost at least $60 and takes 5-10 working days. I think they bring it to someone else to change battery. Thats why the cost and lead time is amazing. I finally buy the battery for $3 and replace myself! Unbelievable."
