Description
Grand Park City Hall is a leasehold commercial property..

Grand Park City Hall is located along Coleman Street in Downtown Core, in District 6. It is accessible through the nearest MRTs including City Hall EW13, NS25 and Bras Basah CC2. Other nearby amenities include: 3 Grocerie(s): COLD STORAGE SINGAPORE (1983) PTE LTD, JEWISH WELFARE BOARD, SINGAPORE, THE, MEIDI-YA SINGAPORE CO (PTE) LTD, and 3 Shopping Mall(s): Peninsula Shopping Centre Singapore, Capitol Singapore, Peninsula Plaza.

Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 6, which consists of High Street, part of the Beach Road, City Hall and Clarke Quay areas. Most of the properties in this district are commercial in nature. Located within the Central Region and close to the Central Business District, District 6 is well-served by Singapore’s public transport network, with links to multiple MRT lines, namely the North-South line, East-West line, Downtown line, and North-East line. Residential land is extremely scarce in an area so close to the CBD and Downtown Core, so residential property in District 6 continue to enjoy strong demand from an upmarket crowd who wants to live, work and play within the city. Tourist attractions for both locals and tourists alike in the district include the City Hall, the Old Supreme Court, the Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall, the Asian Civilisations Museum and Parliament House. Shopping options are abundant within the district, with malls such as Raffles City and Bugis Junction. Clarke Quay also comes alive in the evening as diners frequent bars and restaurants located along the Singapore River, with wonderful views to match.

As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Stayed in Grand Park City Hall for 1 week during my business trip in Singapore. For visitors who are looking to stay for more than 4/5 days, please take note that only 1 house cleaning session will be given per week, not on a daily or bi-daily basis. Feel the need to share this here since this is not mentioned prior to booking."

"Modern and clean rooms. Excellent location as well. I really enjoyed my stay. Compared to another hotel I stayed at recently (5 star hotel thats old and needs refurbishing), the rooms were clean and the huge bathtub is a plus point. Really like the handsoap provided by the hotel too. The staff are very attentive, calling us to double check if we require anything when they noticed we didnt need our room made. Great experience overall, would like to come back again."

"Stayed here for a daycation before our flight at 8 pm. It was a decent size room. Check in was fast. But when we come into the room, there were no water. Had to call housekeeping 3 times before water were delivered to us. Other than that, all were good. Location is excellent in my opinion"

"Decently convenient location. Recently renovated rooms including hi tech upgrades to use your phone app with in room lighting and aircon controls which is probably the best thing. Nice cold air-conditioning. The fridge isn't very cold though. The hotel has a long stay deal over 30 days which is quite competitive for long stay but rooms are only cleaned once a week and they refuse to give more than 2 towels at a time. Service takes a while for anything, they generally seem understaffed and overall under trained. Several seemed overworked and not in a particularly friendly disposition. Incorrect and inconsistent information was often given. The pool is decent, although I've never seen the pool bar staffed, the "gym" is tiny and almost unusable. The restaurant would say it was full when it was empty. I would avoid breakfast at all costs but the high tea and Sunday brunch are okay. Double check your hotel and checkout bills especially closely if you booked with any promos to ensure they are applied."

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please do not let them fool you with The Best Rate Guarantee, because it is a lie. They are asking you to contact them first once you find a better rate, but once you do, they take a few days to respond, and then do not match the price. I have wasted alot of time and energy on them and do not recommend the hotel at all. There are much better options which are offering a much better experience for a lower price."
