Farmart Centre is located along Sungei Tengah Road in Choa Chu Kang, in District 24. It is accessible through the nearest MRTs including Choa Chu Kang NS4 and Yew Tee NS5.

Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 24, which covers Lim Chu Kang and Tengah. This district is bounded by the Johor Straits, the Kranji Reservoir and the Western Water Catchment of Singapore. It is largely untouched, comprising mainly of military training grounds, research centre, agricultural lands, farms, cemeteries and a major columbarium. A notable landmark in this district is the Sungei Buloh Nature Park. In 1989, it was designated as a wild bird reserve and nature park for mangrove. A wide array of migratory birds can be observed here during the migratory season.

These are mainly petrochemical companies, comprising of international players such as BP, ExxonMobil, DuPont, Mitsui Chemicals and Shell. The West Region is also at the forefront of the government's industrial development efforts. The government plans to develop the Jurong Lake District and Jurong Innovation District into the second Central Business District (CBD) area in Singapore. Additionally, the Tuas Mega Port, upon completion in the 2040s, is anticipated to be the world's single largest container port with an annual capacity of 65 million TEUs.
