"Pretty basic Industrial building in Singapore. No frills entry and doesn't seem very busy. But clean enough. There are several parking spaces outside for visitors which is good. Also convenient location as not too far from centre of SG."

"Surprising clean and well laid out industrial building- with a self store on the top floor. Corridors are bright and wide with none of the array of people's park signages on doors. Unexpected and had a pleasant visit"

"Eerie place. The corridor lighting is so deem + the floor is lay with wooden tiles (instead of cement). There is weird sound from the floor when you walk along the corridor."
