New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"TENANTS BEWARE!!!!! DONT pick this development unless you can negotiate a very very long fitting period. Nothing to do with landlord but the MCST may sit on your application and all precious time for fitting out will be gone before you know it. You may mess up your move in date and end up paying rent to fit out your place. We submitted our Reno deposit and application to MCST since 20 May 2022. We chased, agent chased, landlord chased. Still no news. Precious time wasted just to get to clearance for our contractors to start work."
