Kurraba Point: A prestigious dress-circle (blue-ribbon) suburb in Sydney’s North Shore
PB&Co presents an opportunity to own a legacy property in one of the world’s most tightly-held and exclusive waterfront addresses.
Located on a small stretch of land on the lower North Shore of Sydney, Kurraba Point is home to fewer than 1,000 residences. Hence, it presents a chance to be amid the rarefied air of Sydney Harbour.
The Kurraba Point Development will offer style, luxury and prestige, befitting both the PB&Co brand and the harbour-side location.
The project is designed by award-winning architect Koichi Takada, who has been recognised as the overall winner of the New York inaugural A-Form Awards 2021 in the Medium Firm category.
Upon completion, the Kurraba Point development is expected to set a new standard for luxury living in New South Wales’ picturesque North Shore.
The landmark development comprises just 10 luxury residences, with each property designed to encapsulate the spectacular waterfront and harbour views. The designs capture the essence of Takada’s DNA.
Don’t miss out on the never-to-be-repeated opportunity to acquire a unit in the 35,000 sq ft waterfront development in Sydney’s elite lower North Shore.
PB&Co is open to offers from equity investors for Kurraba Point.
FiftyTwo Black luxury residences: Melbourne’s premier lifestyle destination in Brighton
With a beautiful beach, famous yacht club and prestigious properties, it’s little wonder that Brighton attracts people looking for the ultimate VIP lifestyle.
To embrace the best of Brighton, a new opportunity has opened up in the heart of the suburb: FiftyTwo Black. The PB&Co project is an architecturally designed landmark building with five penthouse-scale residences.
Michael Pesochinsky, co-founder and CEO of PB&Co, says the homes “celebrate luxury living at its finest” and present a new luxury and lifestyle experience.
New York design studio Gregory Tuck Architecture collaborated with Melbourne’s celebrated Nicholas Day Architects to craft these stunning luxury residences.
The project embraces the finest contemporary luxury design, with interiors by internationally renowned designer Meg Sharpe, named one of the world’s top 100 designers by Elle Décor A-List Awards. “The concept for the spaces is effortless elegance,” says Sharpe.
The warmth and sophistication of the spaces within the project are represented not just in terms of the colours, layers and textures but also the quality of materials used, continues Sharpe.
European marble floors, chandeliers, bespoke furniture and fine art, are just some of the touches that set FiftyTwo Black apart from other luxury living options, says PB&Co’s Pesochinsky. “There is everything from fine china, crystal and silver to luxurious bed and bath linens,” he adds.
FiftyTwo Black is just off the famous Church Street shopping strip — the beating heart of Brighton, Melbourne’s most exclusive bayside locale.
Locals regularly drop by Church Street to browse in the designer fashion stores, be pampered at day spas, or grab a coffee at local landmark cafes like The Pantry. Church Street also has a boutique cinema, fine-dining restaurants and gastro pubs.
FiftyTwo Black is in the same exclusive Bayside neighbourhood as Australia’s and the world’s global elite seeking exceptional quality lifestyle experiences.
“The entire neighbourhood exudes an elegant beachy vibe, with beautifully crafted yachts set against the shore,” says Pesochinsky.
The fabulous Brighton lifestyle comes with exclusive real estate: The suburb has luxury manors and designer apartments, says Anne Flaherty, an economist at realestate.com.au. “With median house price at A$3.38 million [$2.97 million] and median unit price at A$1.09 million, Brighton is one of the most exclusive suburbs in Melbourne.”
Brighton attracts not just top-end home buyers who want to enjoy the lifestyle but renters, too. Hence, it presents an opportunity for investors looking to buy a unit to lease out.
Flaherty highlights that the views per rental listing for units in Brighton were up 31% in the six months to February 2022, based on realestate.com.au data. Rental prices are also among the highest in the state of Victoria.
“Brighton ticks all the boxes in terms of location: close to the water and the CBD,” Flaherty adds. “There’re a lot of retail amenities, and the neighbourhood is well served by good roads and public transport.”
At FiftyTwo Black, prices start from A$4.8 million for a 2,439 sq ft, three-bedroom, fully-equipped, furnished residence. The unit comes with a 573 sq ft garage for three cars and a 148 sq ft balcony.
