Hong Kong-listed real estate firm ZACD Group has announced key appointments to its leadership team. Francis Tan Puay Khiang steps in as the new chief operating officer (COO) and executive director, while Kim Jeong Jin assumes the chief financial officer (CFO) role. Additionally, Han Xiangfeng joins as an executive director.
Francis Tan will be the new COO of ZACD
Tan brings over 14 years of real estate expertise to his new role. He has spent the last five years with ZACD, initially serving as a director in the family office of ZACD Investments. Tan co-founded real estate consultancy SLP Scotia in 2013 and later assumed the CEO role in 2019. He further progressed to become the CEO of SLP International Property Consultants in the subsequent year. Tan is also an accredited key executive officer on the Executive Council of the Singapore Estate Agent Association.
Meanwhile, Kim, as the newly appointed CFO, will spearhead the financial and accounting functions of the group. His background includes a stint as a senior analyst at National Australia Bank.

Kim will be appointed CFO
Han brings over 20 years of experience in various real estate segments, including investment, fund management, consultancy and research. He joined ZACD in 2016 as a director of real estate investment and swiftly rose to executive director in 2018. In this role, he has been entrusted with overseeing the group's investment management division.
All three new appointments to the senior leadership of ZACD took place on June 6.
