SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Singapore-based flexible workspace provider The Work Project (TWP) has made its Australian debut with a new workspace at Quay Quarter Tower in Sydney, Australia. The 50-storey office building, jointly owned by Dexus Wholesale Property Fund, Rest Super and AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund, has a flexible workspace operated by TWP spanning 4,300 sq m (46,285 sq ft) across two levels.

The space is TWP’s first Australian location. “The Work Project has had incredible success in creating innovative spaces across Singapore and Hong Kong, so we are excited to see this translate into the Australian landscape through this new Sydney space,” says TWP CEO Junny Lee.

He adds that the location caters to various workplace needs with scalable packages, including day passes, part-time and full-time hot desks, dedicated desks and private offices. “We think this new workspace is filling a much-needed gap in the Sydney small and large business community.”
