SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - WiredScore has raised $15 million funding from the Series B round on June 30.
This is aimed at accelerating its goal of becoming recognised as the trusted leading voice for technology in the built industry.

“The future will happen in buildings, with the most pressing challenges of our time being addressed through in-building technology,” says WireScore CEO and founder Arie Barendrecht.
Funding was led by Beringa, while Cushman & Wakefield, Crow Holdings and Taronga Ventures also participated. Existing core investors Fifth Wall, Bessemer Venture Partners and Jona Capital were involved as well.

WiredScore has seen a year of aggressive growth, from making its debut in the Asia-Pacific region with its first office opening in Singapore before expanding into 13 countries and further boosting their presence across Northern and Central Eastern Europe.
They have also recently launched the Accredited Professionals Program, which is aimed at equipping individuals to provide advice on connectivity and smart technology, within North America and the UK. The programme currently has more than 650 professionals participating from over 275 companies, including renowned CBRE, C&W, JLL, Lendlease and Savills.

WiredScore partners over 900 of the world’s renowned real estate leaders in certifying the assets’ digital infrastructure and smart building technology and access to the best-in-class connectivity and smart features. They include Keppel REIT, Shaw Towers Realty, PAG, Hines, Related, Nuveen, Greystar, SLGreen, Tishman Speyer and PGIM.
Since its inception in 2013, over 800 million sq ft of commercial and residential space have been committed to WiredScore certification, which is estimated to impact eight million people across 27 countries.
