The property is located in prime District 10 in the neighbourhood of Holland-Farrer Roads, within 700km of the Farrer Road MRT station on the Circle Line. The existing 20-unit freehold condominium block was developed in 1984. Other new developments in the area include the 1,715-unit d’Leedon, the 132-unit Waterfall Gardens and the 106-unit Pollen & Bleu.
