SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - The cofounder of local real estate agency OrangeTee, Dave Loo, has launched a web-based real estate platform called whyborder. The online tool facilitates cross-border real estate business transactions for developers, agents, sellers, and buyers.
According to a press release, the tool offers new search features and multiple-party virtual guided tours of apartments. These functions aim to make it easier for users to select an overseas property according to budget, purchase inspirations, and property requirements.

Other tools include data analytics, 360-degree virtual house tours, and mapping technology. IT will also share project information, daily market updates, and professional legal advice on the buying process, the company says.

Whyborder includes residential and commercial listings from 24 countries and 54 different cities.
“Our goal with whyborder is to offer a game-changing solution by connecting buyers and sellers seamlessly with never-before-seen data transparency,” says Loo, who is also the CEO of the company.
