Tonight’s Toto Reunion 2020 draw offers a group 1st prize of a whopping $9.9 million!

1. Meyer House

Meyer House is located in the prestigious Meyer Road area in District 15. All the units will have balconies designed as an extension of the living room and will be fully fitted with timber flooring in the living room, full marble bathrooms, Axor bathroom fittings and Miele kitchen appliances.

Based on its gross plot ratio of 1.4, the site could have been redeveloped into a new private condo of 203 units of compact apartments averaging about 700 sq ft in size. However, Kheng Leong and UOL opted to develop just 56 units at Meyer House instead. At MeyerHouse, there are just 10 three-bedroom units sized from 1,862 sq ft; 40 four-bedroom units from 2,820 sq ft; and six penthouses from 5,587 sq ft. Each unit comes with its own private lift and private lift lobby.

With a lofty capital of $9.9 million, one could set their sight on a four-bedroom unit at Meyer House, which currently starts at $4.5 million and goes up to $7.3 million, based on listings on EdgeProp.sg.

2. 8 Saint Thomas

8 Saint Thomas is situated in the tranquil St Thomas enclave, off the prime River Valley neighbourhood in District 9. At 8 Saint Thomas, the two blocks of 35-storey consist of 250 units. The 35-storey twin towers command unobstructed, panoramic views of the Singapore Flyer, Orchard Road and Marina Bay Sands.

Each of these units is fitted with a Home Automation System with control to the lighting system and Aircon. Selected units also enjoy unblocked views of the skylines of Marina Bay Sands and the Orchard area.

Units at the development range from one- to four-bedroom apartments and two penthouses.

Based on EdgeProp's listings, units at 8 Saint Thomas currently hover between $1.3 million and $9 million, so it's entirely possible to buy a sizable home at this luxury condo if you win the lottery!

3. Amber Park

The Stratosphere links all three towers with a 600m purpose-built EPDM jogging track, where residents can enjoy panoramic sea views

With the three towers occupying only 35% of the site, the rest of the area – “The Lagoon Bay” – is adorned with lush landscaping and facilities for residents

The new Amber Park located in prime District 15, will feature three 21-storey towers with a total of 592 units sitting on an expansive, rare freehold site of over 213,000 sq ft. It is the most significant luxury condo launched in the prime Amber Road-Amber Gardens neighbourhood in over a decade offering beautiful sea views and good connectivity, including being a mere three-minute walk to the upcoming Tanjong Katong MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line.

For the convenience of residents, Amber Park will have dual access from Amber Gardens and Amber Road. It is the only development in the area to have dual access.

There are just four Penthouses within the development with sizes from 4,392 to 5,005 sq ft. They contain six bedrooms, something that is rarely offered in the market today. The 4-Bedroom Premium, 5-Bedroom Premium, 5-Bedroom+Study units and Penthouses will have private lift access.

The 5-bedroom units and penthouse are currently listed on EdgeProp.sg hover between $4.7 million to $12 million.

Boulevard 88 is a 28-storey, 154-unit freehold luxury development situated in the heart of District 10’s Orchard Boulevard and is expected to be completed in 2022.

Boulevard 88 comprises a range of two- to four-bedroom units, and has four penthouses. What makes Boulevard 88 unique is its environmentally friendly design. For example, the building is equipped with features to reduce energy and water consumption while encouraging eco-conscious lifestyles and habits like recycling.

An average psf price of $3,690 is attained and all the four penthouses have been sold. On June 3, the biggest penthouse – at 6,049 sq ft – was sold for $31 million ($5,125 psf), making it the most expensive transaction there so far.

The latest transaction at Boulevard 88 was for a 1,313 sq ft unit on the 10th floor, which was sold for $4.625 million ($3,522 psf) on Oct 11.

With winnings of over $9.9 million, you may consider buying a four-bedroom unit at Boulevard 88, listed on EdgeProp.sg for around $9.4 million.
