Property highlights of the week from Oct 15 to Oct 19:
1. St Francis Court in collective sale for $95 mil
St. Francis Court, a 99-year leasehold apartment at 90 Saint Francis Road in district 12, has been put up for collective sale. The development has a $95 million price tag and if the sale is successfully at that price, owners are expected to walk away with $1 million to $1.5 million each, says marketing agent ERA Realty Network.
The public tender will open on Oct 18, and close on Nov 29.
2. Detached house in Serangoon Gardens going for $11.5 mil
A single-storey detached house at 18/20 Berwick Drive in Serangoon Gardens has been put up for sale, announced marketing agent Savills Singapore. The 999-year leasehold property is on the market for $11.5 million, which translates to $1,085 psf on the land area.
The tender closes on Nov 15.
3. Kent Ridge Hill Residences previews at average of $1,700 psf

Oxley Holdings is maintaining the pace of its property launches with its eighth new development this year — Kent Ridge Hill Residences, located on South Buona Vista Road, off Pasir Panjang Road. On the weekend of Oct 20 and 21, the showflat of the 548-unit, 99-year leasehold luxury condominium will be opened for public preview.
The project will be jointly marketed by ERA Realty, OrangeTee & Tie, PropNex and Huttons Asia. Occupying a land area of about 3ha, Kent Ridge Hill Residences in District 5 is a redevelopment of the former Vista Park condo, which Oxley bought for $418 million last December in an enbloc purchase. The price translates into $1,096 psf per plot ratio, inclusive of the $72 million lease top-up premium for a fresh 99-year lease.
4. Co-working operator JustCo announces new senior management appointments

Home-grown co-working operator JustCo has announced five C-suite appointments. Co-founder and former head of community Lu Liu will take up the role of chief operating officer, and will focus on delivering personalised experiences and collaborate efforts between the company and regional businesses. She will also lead the conceptualisation and formulisation of innovative programmes and practices.
