WCT to launch Paradigm Residence Johor Bahru on Sept 28

WCT Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of WCT Holdings Berhad will be launching Paradigm Residence Johor Bahru at WCT Property Gallery, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru on Sept 28.

Encompassing 13 acres, Paradigm Johor Bahru is one of the latest real estate projects in the state capital. The integrated development comprises the seven-storey Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru that opened in late-2017. The mall offers over 400 retail shops on 1.3 million sq ft of retail space and 4,200 carpark bays. Meanwhile, the 200-room Hyatt Place Johor Bahru, Paradigm Mall is expected to open in 2022.

Part of the integrated development, Paradigm Residence offers 263 freehold service suites comprising one- to three-bedroom suites ranging from 530 to 1,123 sq ft. Each unit is fitted with kitchen cabinets, hood and hob, water heater for all bathrooms and air-conditioners. The residence is connected to Paradigm Mall and is scheduled for completion in 2022.

Prices range from RM318,000 ($104,808) to RM843,000. The residence is also open for sale to foreigners from RM541,000 onwards.

Situated within a 10-minute drive from Johor Bahru City Centre, Paradigm Residence has direct access to major highways, including the Skudai Highway, Pasir Gudang Highway, North–South Highway and Second Link Expressway. It is also conveniently located within reach of various amenities, including education, healthcare, popular attractions and the Senai International Airport.
