Qingjian Realty announced that it has received over 400 applications on the opening weekend (April 9-10) of its latest executive condo (EC), the 632-unit The Visionaire in Sembawang. The project is positioned as a next generation smart home EC, and contains a mix of two- to four-bedroom units, with the majority being typical three- and four-bedroom units sized from 839 to 1,581 sq ft. The project is scheduled for completion in 2018.

E-application for The Visionaire will be open from now till April 17, with bookings to commence on April 23.
