Roxy-Pacific Holdings and its joint-venture partner Tong Eng Group will launch their latest project View at Kismis on Saturday (July 13). Units in the 186-unit development range from 517 sq ft for a two-bedroom unit, to 1,292 sq ft for a five-bedroom unit. Prices for two-bedders are expected to start from $880,000, and the average selling price will range from $1,550 psf to $1,750 psf.
Located at Lorong Kismis in District 21, View at Kismis will be close to Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre and commercial malls like Bukit Timah Shopping Centre and Beauty World Centre, Beauty World Plaza, and Bukit Timah Plaza.
Nearby schools include Bukit Timah Primary School, Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and the development is a 10-minute walk to the Beauty World MRT Station on the Downtown Line, as well as a future integrated transport hub.

The development’s location and the URA 2019 Draft Master Plan’s rejuvenation plans for the Beauty World area present View at Kismis as “an attractive value proposition for both investors and homebuyers”, says Teo Hong Lim, executive chairman and CEO of Roxy-Pacific. “Additionally, View at Kismis will offer five-bedroom apartments, considered a rarity in the area, and enabling larger families to realise their dream of owning a residence in this highly popular estate.”
The development is expected to launch for sale on July 20 following the public preview.
