Veteran Johnson Goh joins List SIR as chief marketing officer

List Sotheby’s International Realty (List SIR) announced on Friday (Jan 18) that it has appointed veteran marketer Johnson Goh as chief marketing officer (CMO), a newly created position. In his new capacity, he will oversee strategic marketing plans and directions of the company in Asia (except Japan) where List SIR has a presence. These markets include Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and Hong Kong.

In addition, Johnson was appointed as a group committee member which oversees the development of high-level strategies related to marketing and information technology matters for the entire List SIR group, including Japan and Hawaii.

“Leveraging on technology advancement, coupled with the expertise of the group, we hope to build on the digital capabilities of the company, to better understand the changing needs of today’s consumers when it comes to buying a house,” comments Goh. “We will continue to develop an integrated real estate marketing ecosystem to facilitate the buying and selling process and, at the same time, offer a personal touch to our customers.”



Prior to joining List SIR, Goh was COO of Singapore Real Estate Exchange or SRX, a Singapore property portal and a subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH).
