On Oct 19, URA launched the residential with commercial at first storey site at Jiak Kim Street for sale by public tender.

The site was on the reserve list of the 2H2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. URA announced on Sept 29 that a developer had committed to bid at no less than $689.353 million ($1,250 psf ppr) for the site.

Located near Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, the site measures an estimated 1.35ha and is offered with a 99-year lease. It has a gross plot ratio of 3.8 and can yield an estimated 525 housing units as well as a commercial space of about 16,146 sq ft, according to URA.

The tender will close on Dec 5.
