A hotel site at Club Street has been launched for tender by URA, under the Government Land Sales Programme for the second half of 2018.

The 99-year leasehold hotel site can potentially yield about 390 hotel rooms. It has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 24,310 sq m.

The tender for the site will close at 12pm on 15 January 2019. This coincides with the tender closing of two residential sites - at Kampong Java Road and Tampines Avenue 10, which will be launched for sale in October.
