The site is located between The Seaview and The Shores Residences. lt is within walking distance to Parkway Parade and the upcoming Tanjong Katong and Marine Parade MRT stations on the Thomson East Coast Line, which are estimated to be completed in 2023.

The freehold parcel is currently being used as a floral nursery. It has a plot ratio of 2.1 and can yield up to 194 housing units.
