Grand Hotel Group, a subsidiary of Singapore-listed Tuan Sing Holdings Limited, is set to launch Residence on Langley Park – a luxury accommodation located in Perth, Australia – next month. The property marks the first hospitality venture managed by Grand Hotel Group in Australia, Tuan Sing states in an Aug 6 press release.
The property, situated at 99 Adelaide Terrace, previously operated as Hyatt Regency Perth. Last month, Tuan Sing announced it would be terminating its management agreement with Hyatt Hotels effective Aug 31, ahead of plans to reposition the property.
Residence on Langley Park will welcome guests from Sept 1. Described as an “integrated luxury hospitality offering”, it will target both short and long-term stay guests with serviced apartments and hotel rooms available. It will also feature a mix of retail spaces, hospitality offerings and public spaces.
