Sim Lian Group, the developer of Treasure Crest announced that the units at the 504-unit executive condo (EC) project in Sengkang New Town will be priced at an average of $742 psf. Prices will start from $649,000 for a three-bedroom unit.

Treasure Crest is said to be more than 113% subscribed after it drew a total of 1,077 e-applications within the 10-day e-application period which ended on 10 July 2016. Balloting and bookings are scheduled to take place on July 16.

Another EC project, Hao Yuan Investment’s Northwave in Woodlands, saw 26 units sold since it opened for booking on July 9. Average price for units at Northwave was said to be $760 psf. The 358-unit project in Woodlands had received a total of 240 e-applications during the e-application period from June 25 to July 7.
