SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Three conservation shophouses are up on the market for $30.5 million, according to marketing agent Knight Frank.
Two of the three shophouses, located at 13 and 18 Ann Siang Road, are on a 999-year leasehold.
13 Ann Siang Road is a two-storey shophouse with attic, occupying a land area of 1,250 sq ft. It has a built-up area of 2,468 sq ft.

18 Ann Siang Road is a three-storey shophouse with basement, occupying a site of 1,367 sq ft. It has a built-up area of 4,326 sq ft. The ground-floor unit is currently leased to an F&B outlet, and has a basement which serves as a kitchen.
The guide prices for 13 Ann Siang Road and 18 Ann Siang Road are $8.5 million and $13 million respectively.
The third shophouse for sale is at 3 Keong Saik Road. It is a freehold, three-storey corner shophouse off Neil Road, in the Bukit Pasoh Conservation Area. The shophouse sits on a site of 1,287 sq ft, and has a built-up area of 3,236 sq ft.

The guide price for the shophouse at Keong Saik Road is $9 million.
The three properties can be purchased either collectively or individually. The expression of interest exercise for all three shophouses will close on Aug 26 at 3pm.
