Nearby, transactions of three-bedroom units at Caribbean at Keppel Bay of between 1,206 and 1,636 sq ft have ranged between $1,181 and $1,608 psf year to date. The 969-unit condominium by Keppel Land is 99-year leasehold and was completed in 2004.
At the newer Corals at Keppel Bay, completed in 2016, transactions for three-bedroom units of between 1,184 and 1,593 sq ft year to date have ranged between $1,865 and $2,080 psf. The development, also developed by Keppel Land, comprises 366 units.
