SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Despite sparse crowds at shopping centres and events due to coronavirus concerns, Tedge’s sales gallery was bustling on the first weekend of its opening.
Around 600 visitors visited Tedge’s sales gallery on Feb 29 and March 1 to enquire about the freehold development, which will have 42 two-bedroom to four-bedroom residential units.
Out of these units, 13 will be three-bedroom and four-bedroom penthouses, located on the fifth floor. They will come with skylit bathrooms.
There will be a calisthenics gym, a rooftop pool and a teppanyaki grill on level 6. Its facade will be adorned with green landscaping.
Joan Chang, marketing manager of developer Macly Group, says: “We saw a good spread of interest across our layouts from two-bedroom units to four-bedroom units. Some buyers also liked the penthouse units, which offer a different lifestyle.”
Tedge is short for “Telok Kurau Edge”, which reflects its location on 328 Changi Road.
It is eight minutes away from Kembangan MRT Station on foot. Tao Nan School and St Patrick school are within a two-metre radius. Other schools in its vicinity include Tanjong Katong Girls’ School and Victoria Junior College.
The units are priced from $1,500 psf. Two-bedroom units start from $1.26 million, three-bedroom from $1.37 million and four-bedroom from $1.67 million. The 13 penthouses start from $1.44 million each.

Tedge is slated for TOP in the fourth quarter of 2022. Its sales gallery is located along Still Road, to the right of Still 123 apartments.
