Surbana Jurong announced on Oct 11 that it has won a contract to provide full-suite design services for a housing project in Baoshan City, which is located in Yunnan, China.

With a site area of 4.5 million sq ft, the project, which was awarded by the local Baoshan government, comprises 26 blocks housing over 2,000 residential units. Amenities include a neighbourhood centre, a kindergarten and a multi-storey carpark.

Surbana Jurong will provide architectural, civil and structural engineering, landscape design and site coordination services, among others. The township is scheduled to be completed in three years’ time.
