The international project marketing arm of local boutique real estate agency SRI has signed a partnership agreement with UK-based residential estate agent and property services company Hamptons.
The agreement will see SRI’s International Project Marketing (IPM) business collaborate with Hamptons to introduce more Singaporean investors to prime UK properties and enhance Hampton’s global network.
“The UK’s property market, especially London, offers compelling investment prospects for our clients who are in pursuit of good yields and a stable economy in which to invest,” says Anson Tay, managing partner at SRI IPM. “We’re excited to bridge the gap between the UK and Singaporean markets, delivering unparalleled service and expertise in private office, development consultancy, and residential portfolio management."

According to Matt Goldsworthy, head of international residential at Hamptons, there is a resurgence in real estate investment interest for London properties from Singaporean-based investors. He adds: “The strength of the Singaporean dollar coupled with the apparent value in Prime Central London is drawing Singaporean investors back after a 10-year plus hiatus”.
Goldsworthy says that Singaporean investors have always demonstrated a keen interest in the UK property market, especially new build projects where Singapore buyers often opt to buy units off-plan.
“This collaboration offers SRI’s clientele a prime opportunity to leverage the expertise of Hamptons Residential Development Division which has the largest share of boutique developments in London, as well as access to property around the world through Hamptons extensive global network operating in 40 countries,” adds Goldsworthy.
