CBRE has been appointed sole marketing agent for the sale by tender of a Good Class Bungalow (GCB) at Chee Hoon Avenue, off Adam Road. The indicative price is $25 million or about $1,399 per square food based on the land area of 17,868 sqft. The tender exercise will close on 20 May 2015.
Based on URA caveat data, there have been 8 transactions for GCBs at Chee Hoon Avenue. The price per square foot has risen from $319 in November 2001 to $1,508 in February 2013. There were 2 profitable transactions in December 2005 and April 2007 that netted $700,000 and $3.5 million respectively.
