Soon Hock Group’s innovative and bespoke design can also be found in its latest industrial project, Stellar@Tampines. Set to launch in 4Q2024, this B2 development features a nine-storey ramp-up factory consisting of 307 production units, spanning 1,600 sq ft to 2,800 sq ft, and four F&B spaces.
The property boasts a ceiling height of up to 6m and vehicular ramp access to all units. Each unit will sport a wide frontage of 12.9m to 13.8m with generous loading and unloading areas that facilitate the efficient handling of goods. Most units also feature two sets of roller shutters with a single-level column-free design, giving users endless options while planning the use of these spaces.
Set to be completed by the end of 2027, Stellar@Tampines is strategically located along Tampines North Drive 4. Soon Hock also has an upcoming industrial project in Tuas Link Close, directly in front of the Tuas Link MRT Station. The project will tentatively be an eight-storey multi-user project zoned for B2 heavy industrial use.
Located within a few minutes’ drive from PSA Tuas Port the development is poised to capture increased demand for industrial space in the area as port operator PSA completes the transition of its remaining operations from Tanjong Pagar, Keppel, and Brani Terminals to Tuas Port by 2027.
