JTC Corporation announced on Jan 25 that Singapore-listed construction firm Soilbuild Construction Group has been awarded the industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 16). Soilbuild Construction bid about $2.63 million for the site, which was launched for sale under the 2H2017 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme in September 2017.

The Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 16) site comes with a 20-year lease, and is zoned for “Business-2” use with a gross plot ratio of 1.4. Soilbuild Construction was the sole bidder for the site.

JTC also announced that a separate tender for the industrial site at Jalan Lam Huat (Plot B) will not be awarded. That site received one bid, which fell below JTC’s reserve price.
