SLP International Property Consultants signed an MOU with LandPlus Group on August 2. Under the MOU, the two agencies leverage on their strengths to offer training to each other’s agents. The agents will also be given opportunity to market more projects.

SLP, established in 2001, is known for its expertise in industrial projects, says Deputy managing director Darren Chew. LandPlus was founded in 1999 by Li Li Heng and specializes in corporate leasing. First established as LandPlus Property Network, it was set up as a general brokerage house. Today, it has expanded its brokerage business by providing axillary relocation services to meet clients' demands.

The MOU with LandPlus is SLP’s third alliance with a property agency

The MOU with LandPlus is SLP’s third alliance with a property agency. Earlier this year, SLP signed MOUs with Teho Property Network and Singapore Estate Agency.

“In SLP, we want to give our people a diversity of opportunities. We continuously seek new ways to build new meaningful business network with partners,” says Adrian Tan, Executive director of SLP.
