SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Frasers Property will preview its latest development, Sky Eden@Bedok, on Aug 27. This marks the first residential launch in Bedok Town Centre in 10 years.

Sky Eden@Bedok is a 99-year leasehold mixed-use development located along Bedok Central, in District 16. It is a redevelopment of the former Bedok Point mall, which Frasers Property acquired from Frasers Centrepoint Trust for $108 million in 2020.
Sky Eden@Bedok will have 158 apartments housed in two residential towers located above a retail podium on the ground floor comprising 12 shops. Residences comprise a mix of two-bedders from 657 to 743 sq ft, three-bedders from 893 to 1,087 sq ft and four-bedders measuring 1,302 sq ft.
Sales bookings are scheduled to commence on Sept 10. Prices will start from $1.31 million for a two-bedroom unit, from $1.73 million for a three-bedroom unit and from $2.6 million for a four-bedroom unit. Starting price in terms of psf is $1,937.
Sky Eden@Bedok is located within walking distance of the Bedok integrated transport hub, which features a bus interchange and Bedok MRT Station that are both connected to Bedok Mall. Other amenities within a short walk away include lifestyle hub Heartbeat@Bedok and Bedok Hawker Centre. Schools within a 1km radius include Red Swastika School, Yu Neng Primary School, and Temasek Junior College.

A sky garden will be available on every level and next to each home, while an environmental deck and eco-pond have also been weaved into the development. Sky Eden@Bedok has achieved the Green Mark Gold-plus rating from the Building and Construction Authority.
Amenities at Sky Eden@Bedok include a clubhouse equipped with a kitchen, dining area and lounge; a community farm garden; a co-working area; and an infinity lap pool. “Sky Eden@Bedok will cater to home buyers’ live-play-work aspirations and wellness goals with its comprehensive facilities, retail podium and design philosophy that brings the community closer to nature,” says Shiow.

All apartments at the development will be fitted with Bosch kitchen provisions as well as Geberit and Hansgrohe sanitary fittings. Apartments will also be equipped with a digital door lock and smart home hub system, enabling remote access to the air-conditioner and wireless video doorbell via a mobile application. Home buyers have the option to add more smart home features to the system.
Sky Eden@Bedok is scheduled to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit in 1H2027.
