EDGEPROP (SINGAPORE) - The entire development of Castello on Chiltern Drive is up for sale at a guide price of $35.5 million via private treaty, according to a Huttons’ press release on Oct 10. It consists of six strata freehold bungalows under a single title deed.

Located in the prime Braddell Heights landed enclave on 5, 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D and 5E Chiltern Drive, the sites are zoned for two-storey bungalows and have a collective land area of 14,123 sq ft and a built-up area of 28,385 sq ft.This translates to a psf price of $1,251 based on the built-up area.

Built in 2015, the bungalows are in good move-in condition, according to Melvalyn Peck, the associate senior group district director at Huttons Asia. Currently, all six houses are tenanted out to expat families.
The built-up area for each bungalow ranges from 4,542 sq ft to 4,962 sq ft, and has either a six-bedroom plus study or five-bedroom plus study layout. Each bungalow consists of two parking lots and a private pool.
Lorong Chuan MRT Station and Australian International School are within walking distance, while the Nex Shopping Mall, Junction 8 Shopping Centre and The Woodleigh Mall are a short drive away.
“Buyers will reap immediate rental returns as the houses are all leased out. The tight rental market will allow buyers to ride on this uptrend and enjoy potential upside,” says Lee Sze Teck, senior director of research at Huttons Asia.
